Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

By accessing or using Inora ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Inora is an interactive notebook workspace: compose structured notebooks, edit modular sections, organize work in folders and workspaces, search your library, publish shareable views, and use related creation tools (including legacy scroll style documents during our migration). Features may change, move, or retire as we improve the product.

The Service may include AI assisted flows (generation, smart rendering, and in app feedback chat). AI features have usage limits (for example a rolling daily cap on AI replies in feedback chat) and may use third party model providers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Sign in uses our account system (username and password or PIN style credential, plus optional OAuth flows where offered). Sessions are tracked so you can review and revoke devices in settings.

Notify us promptly via contact if you notice unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current where the product asks for it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you may not:

  • Probe or access non public systems, scrape at abusive rates, or interfere with other users.
  • Upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
  • Harass others or use the Service to violate applicable law.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or safety controls (including AI rate limits).

We may rate limit sign in attempts, throttle abusive API use, and suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.

Content

Your content. You retain ownership of content you create in Inora. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including indexing for search, generating previews, running AI features you request, and serving published links you enable.

Published views. If you publish a notebook or scroll, anyone with the link may be able to view what you published. You are responsible for what you choose to make public and for complying with laws that apply to that content.

Feedback chat. Messages you send in product feedback chat are stored so our team can review product issues. When AI replies are available, they are generated automatically and are not human support commitments.

Subscriptions and fees

Where paid plans are offered, checkout and billing are handled through Razorpay (including one time and subscription style flows shown in the product). Prices, taxes, renewal timing, and cancellation steps are presented at checkout and in your billing area. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, paid access continues until you cancel according to the in product flow or until a subscription period ends.

Refunds and charge disputes follow Razorpay and our posted billing practices at the time of purchase. Free tiers and experiments may change or end without notice.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI generated text, layouts, or code suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. Verify before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inora and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Inora against claims arising from your content, your published links, or your misuse of the Service, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Inora's operating entity in India, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
